Artificial leather is particularly easy to care for. Their smooth, closed surface makes them extremely dirt-resistant and easy to clean. In addition to the typical properties of artificial leather, Delius artificial leathers are resistant to disinfectants and urine and are therefore particularly suitable for use in the healthcare sector.

Due to their diverse surface structures and a wide range of colors, they can be used in a variety of ways. Especially in combination with our DELIGARD fabrics, they offer a wide range of design options.

Environmentally friendly technologies are used for both the backing and the top side.
Thanks to its bi-elasticity, Vega is easy to upholster and the faux leather easily wraps around every curve of the furniture. Its matt surface with a fine, light, relief-like criss-cross structure creates an interesting look that allows Vega to be used in a wide range of applications.
The backing material consists of 100% recycled PES, which was obtained from used PET bottles. Approx. 2.5 plastic bottles are used per meter. PVC resins, which are originally obtained from agricultural and forestry biomass (dead leaves, agricultural waste), were used in the production of the outer material. Finally, the product is supplemented with a plasticizer based on biowaste, e.g. from used vegetable oil.
The combination of ISCC & RSB-certified renewable ingredients results in a synthetic leather that consists of 75% sustainable materials.

The Bonny faux leather comes in a total of 28 modern colors with high light fastness. The broken, linen-like structure gives furniture a textile look. Thanks to its sanitized finish, the faux leather is protected against bacteria and mould. It also reduces mites and odors and makes it antimicrobial.
With approx. 300,000 abrasion cycles, it is ideally suited for use in heavily frequented areas such as hotels, shipping and H&C. It can also withstand frequent disinfection, making it a perfect choice for hygienically demanding environments.

Colorado imitation leather

Pure colors

Colorado is a high-quality, hard-wearing faux leather that is particularly suitable for universal use in commercial buildings due to its flame retardancy and optimum performance properties.
This PVC faux leather has a sanitized finish, is resistant to disinfectants (75% solutions), can withstand 400,000 abrasion cycles and contains no phthalates.

High System PU synthetic leather

Particularly soft & insensitive

Modern artificial leather is coated with polyurethane (PU) instead of PVC, as PU is much more environmentally friendly to produce, use and dispose of. However, conventional PU has the disadvantage that moisture and bacteria can penetrate through the open pores and thus permanently damage the PU. A new manufacturing process makes it possible to produce PU artificial leather with closed pores, so that no cracks occur in the surface and it is much more durable and hard-wearing. Our Garry, Solo, Kano, Jago, Ena and Romy faux leathers have been produced using this special PU manufacturing process, called High System PU.
