Sustainability is not a trend, but a commitment that we take seriously. Less CO₂ and less waste production: we ensure this with durable, high-quality and, if possible, unmixed materials.
With DELIUS ReTurn, we are taking further steps towards conserving resources and safeguarding the future. We have put together our own team of experts and developed a system that has proven its worth:
a circular system for the responsible use of polyester in the textile industry.
This is how we understand circular economy.
SINGLE-VARIETY PLASTICS - A VALUABLE RESOURCE
70% of the textiles in our collection are single-variety, i.e. made of 100% polyester FR or Trevira CS and are therefore easily recyclable. These single-variety polyester fabrics are a particularly valuable resource and can find further uses via various recycling methods. This saves resources and the environment because less polyester has to be produced and less valuable material has to be disposed of.
ReTurn - ReCycle - ReUse
We take back our unmixed textiles after their life cycle in order to return them to the cycle through mechanical recycling.
WORKING WITH YOU TOWARDS A BETTER FUTURE
When our polyester fabrics reach the end of their product life after use, we like to make sure that they are available for other applications for a long time to come.
So together with you, we responsibly solve the disposal problem and return the used textiles to an economically sensible cycle. The fabrics are reprocessed for the automotive and construction industries, where they can be used for many decades to come.

When the goods are delivered, we will provide you or your assembler with sufficient ReTurn sewing-in labels. Please sew labels into every curtain. This ensures that you are entitled to return the fabrics to us even after many years. And it shows your responsible and sustainable actions to the outside world.
FROM WHICH COUNTRIES CAN YOU RETURN SORTED GOODS TO US?
Sustainable action also requires short transport routes. That's why we only offer the ReTurn programme for countries in the EU.
THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO BEAR IN MIND WHEN RETURNING YOUR CURTAINS:
ReTurn in just three simple steps
- Collect your used ReTurn DELIUS curtains, recognisable by the ReTurn sewn-in label or the note on the delivery note.
- Please remove sling rods, lead tapes, hooks and curtain rolls.
- Send us an e-mail to [email protected] or contact us directly to inform us of the planned return.
Currently we can only take back fabrics from EU countries for recycling.
The following fabrics from the Delius collection can be recycled:
- 100% Polyester FR
- 100% Trevira CS
- all EcoLine articles
The following articles in the DELIUS collection cannot currently be recycled because they are not single-origin:
- Blackout
- Delitherm (except Gamma)
- DELIGARD upholstery fabrics
- DELIMAR outdoor fabrics
- Imitation leather
- Deliwall wall coverings
